I do not generally write reviews; however, my husband and I had the best experience using Richard Webb to handle our TPR and adoption case. From the first inquiry to the finalization, he communicated. He knew what we were wanting to do when we stumbled over the words we were trying to get out. He is very knowledgeable, personable, and just over-all the calm in the storm. He walked us through something we had never been through (and something I found really difficult to do) and did it with kindness, grace, and empathy. I used to find it really hard to trust someone who just hears a brief part of the story and says “I can do that for you” and believe that they would do it, but when it came to Richard, he meant what he said and HE DID IT. The case came with some delays beyond his/our control, but when it was time to go, he was ready, efficient, and got it done. So, do yourself a favor and at least get a consult. I know every case is different and comes with their own challenges but he changed our family (in the best way possible) forever, so we will always be grateful for the inquiry we made. Thank you.

I used Jones, Childers, Donaldson & Webb, PLLC for a motorsports contract lawsuit. Mr. Tyler Diekhaus & Mr. Kevin Donaldson were my attorneys for this case. Tyler was my main point of contact with Kevin as my lead counsel. They were both extremely professional, always made time to listen to me, keep me updated, and never made me feel like I was asking dumb questions; they were very personable, which most lawyers are not. This lawsuit span was over a period of 1.5 years with piles of documentation, information, pictures, emails, etc.; the attorneys of course are not racing professionals but they took the time to study every detail and all of the information so by the time we went to trial they had done enough research they were WELL versed in the field of drag racing motorsports.
